Shipping & Delivery


Order Processing

All orders will take 24-48 hours to process (prior to shipping). Once shipped, the estimated time arrival depends on the shipping method and distance from our warehouse. The typical shipping time is 3-5 days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, excluding holidays.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS, UPS and FedEx

Return To Sender Shipments

Any secondary shipments resulting from a "Return To Sender" or "Refused" shipment, will need to be paid for by you. We only pay for secondary shipments resulting from an error by the American Biffy Co.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you decide to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.


Privacy & Security


This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

Billing Address
Shipping Address
Email Address 
Credit Card Information

In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

How Is My Information Used?

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Security and Storage

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies and Browser Information

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

How To Return An Item

1. Please email service@biffy.com to request a refund and we will assign you an RMA#. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.


Return Shipping

Shipping charges to return the merchandise to us must be prepaid by you. Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of American Biffy Co. We will only refund up to the price of “standard ground/economy” shipping. Upon satisfactory return of the merchandise, your credit card will be credited. Shipping charges (minimum of $6.95) will not be refunded. This policy also applies to "refused" or "return to sender" returns. In case free shipping was applied to your original order, we will charge $6 shipping fee if 50% or more of your order by item count is returned or if your new total falls below $149.00. Please retain a tracking number or shipping receipt of  your return for your records.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include toilet seats, toilet seat bumpers and toilet seat spacers.
Merchandise that has been damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. All orders made with free shipping will have the shipping cost deducted from your refund.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Sales Tax

We charge 8.1% sales tax for residents of Nevada.

Pricing Errors

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of our pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item’s price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that item and notify you of the cancellation.

Shopping Cart

Items in your Shopping Cart reflect the current price. Please note: This price may differ from the price displayed when the item was first placed in your Shopping Cart. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse to sell to any person whom we believe may be purchasing for resale
